3. Following back to this "you design!" page, please fill out the Google form corresponding to your desired level.

4. Once I receive your form, we will send a personal message via email and attached will be a rough sketch of our interpretation of your nail set. The sketch can be altered how ever many times it takes to create your dream nail set!
